This lot comes from the subregion Los Monos in Antioquia, and the farm is owned by Juan Carlos Velez. The Velez family has been working on the farm La Isleta for the past 20 years. This farm is the last farm located against Farallones Hill, where all the water source for the city of Ciudad Bolivar comes from. This is the reason why the Velez family is so committed to the conservation of trees and water sources. In La Isleta, coffee is hand-picked for a better selection of ripened cherries. Juan Carlos processed the lots we bought from him as natural and the coffee is dried on a mechanical dryer to help achieve precision and therefore enhance the quality.
