Sourcing quality coffee from Ethiopia is a complex business, but our importers succeeds in taking traceability to the highest level possible. There are two stations in Harsu. Feku Jabril is the owner of our chosen station which he named after his wife, Hannah Asrat. Feku was one of the first to settle in Uraga and develop the profile that existed there. As a matter of fact, two years ago Feku sold one of his previous stations to the largest private producer in Ethiopia. With the money he made, Feku decided to invest in his well kept secret, the Harsu forest, where he built a medium sized washing station.
