Finca El Colibri, named for the Colibri bird, is located in the district of Lonya Grande in the Amazonas coffee region of Peru. The farm is cultivated by Ylder Herrera, who comes from a family with a long history of working in coffee production. Ylder is a member of the Norcafé co- operative, a group which was established in 2015, with a goal to promote continuous improvement of quality and to create opportunities for small- holder coffee growers. The co-op began with 100 member families, and has since grown to include 479 producers working on nearly 1 200 hectares of land. This is also our very first Peruvian coffee
