Marysabel Caballero and her husband Moises Herrera charmed us when we first met them a few years ago - and so did their coffee when we cupped it later on. This coffee is from one of their 17 farms - Las Lomas. Marysabel and Moises are the 2nd and 3rd generation coffee producers and are very commited to developing the coffee quality in Honduras. They are also very committed to creating environmentally and socially sustainable farms - for example by producing organic fertilizer and planting oranges, avocado and bananas that creates biodiversity but also are there for the pickers to eat.
