Dionel Chilito is the third generation coffee producer and runs his farm El Roble together with his wife and two daugthers. For the past five years they have been focusing on producing specialty coffee, after being recommended it by a fellow producer who was seeing great results. Dionel has developed techniques to improve picking, sorting, fermentation and drying - all of which adds to the result in the cup. And what a result! This Geisha is fantastic - it has clear notes of strawberries and then notes of black tea in the aftertaste.
