250 grams of whole roasted coffee beans.
Since the age of 15, Hélcio helped his mother with the coffee production at their farm. When he married his wife Glycia in 1976, they started to manage the farm Santa Lúcia. At that time, they had little knowledge about the quality of the coffee they were producing, which was very common at this time and still is among many producers. However, in the 1990´s Hélcio became a pioneer in his region when it came to understanding the quality and how to produce quality at a larger scale. He has since then improved his coffee with support from universities and scientists and also through travels to other coffee producing countries.
