I July, Albeiro and his pickers harvested this coffee of the arabica variety Caturra, at his farm El Guayabo in Tarqui in south west Colombia. At the farm, there is also a washing station where the coffee has been fermented for 26 hours and dried for 18 days in the sun. The result is this incredibly sweet and well balanced coffee, with beautiful notes of almond, dried fruit and chocolate.
