250 grams of whole roasted coffee beans.
Juan recently took over his families two farms in the city of Bolivar in the area of Antioquia. As it turns out, he is very interested in experimenting with different altitudes and process methods to see how it effects the coffee itself. Antioquia is mostly known for its more chocolaty and heavy notes in coffee, but both Juan and the farmers around hinn want to evolve the farms potentials and brought us this crop with fresh and fruity notes. This is one of the two lots we bought from Juan Saldarriagas farm La Cloudina this year; one washed and one honey. This is the washed coffee. Enjoy!
