Villa Betulia is the name of the farm belonging to Luis Calderon and his family. In the farms 20 hectares, the family also has their own mill, which means total control of the process. Luis has let this coffee ferment for 26 hours and then dry for 18 days. This lot is of the arabica variety Pink Bourbon, which is an interesting and rare variety. It is cultivated from hybridizations of Red and Yellow Bourbon and has a high resistance to leaf rust.
