250 grams of whole roasted coffee beans.
This coffee can be traced back to a part of a bigger cooperative named Microbeneficio Palmichal. The town of Palmichal is conveniently located in between the Central Valley and Tarrazú regions. Here you can find one of the biggest wet mill productions in Costa Rica, where they process large volumes of coffee together, but also a micromill where they process microlots with 100% traceability. This specific farm is called Rio Jorco and is located in the Tarrazú region, where the owner is called Johana Zamora. Her lot is honey processed and then dried on raised beds before finish in the guardiola for 7-10 days.
