Jose Antonio Salaverria and his two sons, Andres and Jose Antonio the younger, own and run an number of farms and mills around the Santa Ana volcano. They are now the 6th generation of coffee producers and are constantly improving their farms and mills in order to increase the quality of the coffee even further. Their farm Finca San Felipe, which this coffee is from, is one of their best performing farms. It is situated on a high altitude for El Salvador, 1740 masl. Here they grow mainly the varietals of Bourbon and Pacas, but also a hybrid between the two that they have developed at the farm - Hibrido San Fransisco.
Taste profile: Full bodied with notes of almond and milk chocolate.
