This coffee is named after the washing station in Guji where the coffee cherries are processed, and is a part of METAD’s out-growers program anno 2013. METAD is a family run business, with coffee in their roots for generations. They wanted to invest in, and support nearby coffee growing communities through this program. Growers who are a part of the program recieve training, professional guidance and free coffee plant seedlings from the start. This coffee is organic, certified through METAD (not only their own farms, plants and processing are organic, but also the farms included in the out-growers program).
