Welcome to Hand brew Masterclass! Here we take a deep dive into the world of hand brew/ filter coffee brewing and everything that surrounds it:
- Defining the basics of manual brewing
- The purpose behind brewing by hand
- Differences of the components/variables of what makes a good pour-over
- Building ratios and recipes for the given hand brew method
- Learning how to pour and controlling the turbulence of water
- Deepdiving into the wide world of the different brew drippers
- Troubleshooting to pinpoint small changes one can make to optimize brewing
The Handbrew masterclass is held on weekdays, usually Wednesdays or Thursdays, between 16.00 - 18.30 at one of our cafes, on Magasinsgatan 17A, in Gothenburg, with a minimum and maximum of 4 participants per class. With fewer registered participants the course will be rescheduled. The class is held in Swedish, or English based on preference.
New dates will be announced and uploaded one month in advance, on the 20th.
