Life is too short to eat bread with additives - when all it takes is good flour, water and a little bit of salt. We are proud to offer bread of high quality without any additives. To achieve the best flavor, we use only the best ingredients we can get a hold of for each season.

Our cooperation with the farmers, the miller and everyone who helps us get the best ingredients available are of great importance to us. We bake all our bread with flour from Limabacka.
