Are you a passionate and experienced baker with an eye for quality? We at da Matteo are now looking for a trained baker who is passionate about creating fantastic bread and pastries with the best ingredients. To thrive with us, we want you to be a person who not only contributes with your expertise and commitment, but also to a positive and pleasant working environment. You are well aware that the bakery profession involves early mornings and that it sometimes can be both physically demanding and stressful at the same time. We therefore expect you to have at least 2 years' experience in the bakery industry.
Your experience
We are looking for you who have experience of working in a craft bakery and understand what it means. A genuine interest in small-scale production is crucial.
If you have previously worked with organic flour and sourdough baking, we see that as a big plus. After the introduction, you will work independently and in teams to maintain our routines and follow our working methods. We value personal suitability, as we believe that your attitude and approach are as important as your work skills.
Other information about the position
The position is initially a fixed-term contract. The salary is determined in accordance with the applicable collective agreement. We aim to fill the position in early autumn, and interviews will take place on an ongoing basis, so do not wait to submit your application.
We are affiliated to the Food Workers Union collective agreement.
