We start the course with theory, what distinguishes espresso as a brewing method and what it takes to make a good espresso. After that we continue with a short espresso tasting where we focus on the tastes and flavors of espresso and how we evaluate them. Then, after giving you a clear set of tools to affect the taste of espresso, we move to the machine and learn how to create your perfect espresso. We finish by teaching you how to make the perfect milk for your cappuccinos and lattes.
The Espresso Masterclass is held on Sundays between 12.00-15.00 in our roastery at Magasinsgatan 17A in Gothenburg, with a minimum/maximum of four participants per class. With fewer registered participants the course will be rescheduled.
After the class, you will be given the opportunity to buy coffee to take home with a 20% discount.
