This course is aimed both to you as a private person who wants to learn more about the barista profession, but also to those who are already working with coffee. For you, we offer Barista One-On-One with one of our most experienced baristas.
Here we can offer you a wide selection of skill-acquiring which helps you to dig deeper into the craft:
- Basic knowledge about espresso
- Fundamentals of hand-brewing / making pour-over coffee
- Comparing the brewing of different coffee origins
- Getting accustomed to how grinders of different varieties work
- Study the aroma and flavour profiles of what makes a good espresso
- Experimenting with espresso extractions and recipe building
- Exploring the art of steaming milk and pouring latte art
The course is approximately 2,5 hours long and we adapt the workshop according to your wishes and level of experience.
