We're proud to showcase our sourced coffee, that (together with the mandatory coffee) made us win the finals of Nordics Best Roaster Competition '25. This coffee is produced by Oliver Cortés on his farm El Triunfo, located in the village of Alto de Urraca in Huila.
After selecting this coffee we roasted it with a profile to bring out notes of vanilla and butterscotch. This coffee also gives you a sweet cup with balanced juiciness and a bright acidity like pomelo. Enjoy!
This coffee comes in a bag of 200 gram. Roasted for filter, but we found some nice recipes for espresso too! We will share recipes for different brew methods soon!

- 15 grams of coffee
- 250 ml of water
Water temperature 96 •C
Grind size 500 microns
• Bloom 50 ml of water
• After 30 seconds pour in circles to 150 ml
• Pour center to total of 250 ml
• Total brew time 2:30 minutes
